I'm a software product designer with a background in industrial product design. Regardless of the medium, I specialise in systems thinking and care deeply about the details, edge cases, and the "why" behind what is built. I thrive in hands-on prototyping, with a strong bias toward building to learn.
Over the past 10+ years, I've designed products from vision to execution across high-traffic consumer products, SaaS platforms, and 0→1 initiatives. I design with empathy and get the most energy when collaborating closely within cross-functional teams to build trust, create clarity, and drive product momentum.
Most recently at Intercom, I've focused on AI-powered products and workflows; designing conversational interfaces, Voice AI, and internal tools that help teams confidently deploy AI agents at scale.
When I'm not designing? You'll find me spending most of my free time outdoors in search of new hiking routes, attempting to perfect my latte art and whittling.
